Spring Commencement, 10 a.m. April 29, Michigan Stadium.

Tickets will be distributed 8 a.m.-5 p.m. April 24-26 at the box office in the lobby of Hill Auditorium. Bachelor’s degree recipients are eligible for up to eight tickets, master’s and doctoral degree recipients, including those participating in the University Graduate Exercises on April 28, for up to four. Identification must be presented.

Extra tickets, if available, will be distributed to graduates and candidates on a first-come, first-served basis 8 a.m.-5 p.m. April 27-28 at the Registrar’s Office in the LS&A Building.

Families and guests should enter the Stadium through Gates 2, 3, 4, 9 and 10 beginning at 8:30 a.m., and should be seated by 9:30 a.m.

Individuals with disabilities, both graduates and guests, should call 998-6037 no later than April 26 for information about entry into the stadium and seating locations.

The Ann Arbor Transit Authority will run special shuttle buses to the stadium from several Ann Arbor sites. Schedules will be available during ticket distribution.

In keeping with Michigan Stadium policy, the following are prohibited inside the gates: umbrellas, coolers, beverages and food, camcorder cases, backpacks, signs, banners, balloons, balls, large camera bags and items mounted on poles. Up to six tickets per graduate/candidate will be distributed 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. April 25-26 in the lobby of Rackham Building. ID must be presented.

If available, extra tickets will be distributed to graduates/candidates on a first-come, first-served basis 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Rackham Building.

Families and guests should enter Hill through the front and side lobby doors and should be seated by 2:45 p.m. Doors will open at 2 p.m.

All participating graduates/candidates and their guests are invited to a reception following the exercises on the second floor of the Rackham Building.

Those with disabilities, both students and guests, may be dropped off at the accessible entrance to Hill Auditorium, on the corner of North University and Thayer Street.
