The facility provides all services found at any Secretary of State branch office and is accessible for people with disabilities. It is hauled statewide on a 24-foot trailer. The University of Michigan stop is the final one on the mobile office’s 2006 college tour, which took it to nearly all of Michigan’s public universities. The unit has logged more than 100,000 miles since it first hit the road nearly nine years ago, according to the Secretary of State’s office.
