New York Times’ Keith Bradsher will discuss SUV book at U-M Feb. 4

DATE: 4-5 p.m. Feb. 4, 2004

EVENT: New York Times correspondent Keith Bradsher, former Detroit bureau chief from 1996 to 2001, will discuss his new book, "High and Mighty: SUVs—The World’s Most Dangerous Vehicles and How They Got That Way." His exposé on the safety and environmental record of SUVs delves into the legal regulations and the marketplace forces that led to their proliferation.

PLACE: Room 1040 in the Dana Building, School of Natural Resources and Environment, 430 E. University.
