ANN ARBOR—The University of Michigan will have a brief teleconference at 11 a.m. EDT Tuesday to answer questions concerning the self-imposed sanctions that were sent to the NCAA on Monday.

The University of Michigan has released the documents on the web at: http://www.vpcomm.umich.edu/pa/key/NCAAresponse.html, giving everyone an opportunity to read and understand the self-imposed sanctions before the teleconference.

If reporters would like to sit on the teleconference, we will run the teleconference from room 1210 in the Ross Academic Center (1110 S. State St.). To access the teleconference, call 888-323-5260 approximately five minutes before the start of the call. The pass code is: Michigan-NCAA.

TV stations then will be given an opportunity to interview U-M Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Dave Brandon and head football coach Rich Rodriguez immediately following the teleconference. We will group stations together for a brief session.

Radio interviews can either be handled on the teleconference or individuals will be grouped with TV.

There will be no opportunity for any live retransmission of the teleconference or TV/radio interviews.
