Political strategist Donna Brazile will speak at U-M

EVENT: Veteran political strategist Donna Brazile will deliver the keynote address at the 2013 Women of Color Task Force Conference, an all-day event featuring professional and personal development workshops, networking luncheon and local vendor marketplace.
Brazile, who currently serves as vice chair of voter registration and participation for the Democratic National Committee, has worked on every presidential campaign since 1976. She was the campaign manager for Al Gore in 2000—the first African-American woman to run a presidential campaign.
Brazile is a political commentator for CNN and ABC News, syndicated columnist, adjunct professor at Georgetown University and author of “Cooking with Grease: Stirring the Pots in American Politics.”
