Faculty appointments, with tenure, approved by the University of Michigan Regents at their May 20-21 meeting included:
Michael J. Duff, a faculty member at Texas A&M University, will be professor of physics at U-M, effective Sept. 1.
Bruce Kaplan at St. Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston, N.J., will be associate professor of internal medicine at U-M, effective June 1.
Amy Porter, a faculty member at Kennesaw (Ga.) State University, will be associate professor of music (flute) at U-M, effective Sept. 1.
