Regents meet Sept. 21-22

ANN ARBOR—University of Michigan Regents will begin their monthly meeting at 1:30 p.m. Thursday (Sept. 21) in the Regents’ Room, Fleming Administration Building.

Agenda items include plans for fundraising, establishment of a new Cardiovascular Center, construction of a Science Instruction Center, approval of a schematic design for the Palmer Drive Commons Building, authorization to issue the bids and award construction contracts for the Life Sciences Institute Building, approval of a new research laboratory building on Wall Street and the appointment of an architect for that building, and an update on campus parking.

At 4 p.m., the Regents will hold their public comments session. University members and others
The meeting will continue at 9:30 a.m. Friday (Sept. 22) in the Regents’ Room.
