ANN ARBOR—The University of Michigan Board of Regents will hold its monthly meeting at 2 p.m. Nov. 20 in the Regents Room of the Fleming Administration Building.

The Regents will hear a report on the University Library by University Librarian Paul Courant. They also will consider the annual operating request to the State for budget support.

Public comments on agenda items will be taken at the beginning of the meeting. Public comments on nonagenda items will follow the conclusion of regular business.
