The result is a book, “Bo’s Lasting Lessons: The Legendary Coach Teaches the Timeless Fundamentals of Leadership” that offers leaders both penetrating insight (“You can’t lead people unless you like people”) and practical advice (“Recruit for character”). Bacon discusses Bo’s leadership style, and describes what it was like to work for the notoriously demanding coach.
