Advisory: Seminar on Addictive Behaviors in Health Professionals

EDITORS: The registration fee will be waived for media representatives with valid press credentials. Advance press registration is not necessary except for those who wish to have lunch. SPEAKERS

FEES — The registration fee of $70 ($80 after April 23) includes continental breakfast, instructional materials and certificate of continuing education credit. Lunch will be available for an additional charge of $16 (payment must be received by April 23). Payment for the seminar is due with registration. Confirmation of registration will be mailed upon receipt of registration form and fee. Pre-registration is advised.
