Deadline approaches for physics conference

ANN ARBOR—There’s only a week left to sign up for “2001: A Spacetime Odyssey,” a major conference which will be held on the University of Michigan Central Campus on May 21-25.
This conference, organized by the Michigan Center for Theoretical Physics, will feature talks by two Nobel Prize winners and some two dozen other researchers of similar distinction. As part of the center’s mission to promote interdisciplinary research, the all-star list of invited speakers includes physicists astronomers, cosmologists, particle physicists, and mathematicians.
