Fauri Conference addresses domestic, international sexual exploitation of girls

EVENT: The Fedele F. and Iris M. Fauri Memorial Conference on Child Commercial Sexual Exploitation and Child Welfare will address issues of domestic and international sexual exploitation of girls.
The Fauri conference on child welfare is presented annually in recognition of former U-M Dean and Vice President Fedele Fauri and his wife, Iris.
International, national and local presenters and stakeholders will participate in the day-long conference. Celia Williamson, professor of social work at the University of Toledo and chair of Prostitution Roundtable, will give the 9:30 a.m. keynote address on “Domestic Sex Trafficking of Minors.”
This event is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
