GOP presidential debate: U-M experts available
EXPERTS ADVISORY
The next Republican presidential debate is slated Sept. 16 in Simi Valley, Calif. University of Michigan has experts available to discuss various aspects of the event.
Aaron Kall, director of the U-M Debate Program and Debate Institute, can discuss the debates and the impact on voters.
“The next debate will have a more rambunctious tone,” he said. “This time, I feel, the candidates will be much more aggressive in their handling of Donald Trump. We’ve seen it on the campaign trail and I think that will culminate in a much more back-and-forth and aggressive debate.”

Michael Traugott, professor emeritus of communication studies and senior research scientist at the U-M Center for Political Studies, is an authority on political communication, public opinion, media polling and campaign surveys.
