ANN ARBOR—The second annual Housing Fair takes place Monday (Nov. 5), 2-6 p.m., in the Michigan League Ballroom. The event, sponsored by the University of Michigan Housing Information Office, will provide students the opportunity to learn about the many residential options, both on- and off-campus, available for 2002.

Area landlords and representatives of University Housing’s Residence Halls and Family Housing will be present to give information and answer students’ questions. Representatives from other housing option offices, such as the ICC Co-ops, Henderson House, and HomeShare, will be participating, as well as representatives from rental services, vendors, and the City of Ann Arbor.

During the Housing Fair, property owners and managers will showcase their available units to students and make appointments to provide guided tours of specific properties. A variety of pamphlets and educational materials about University and off-campus housing will be distributed.

A raffle with prizes from local merchants will take place throughout the day, and refreshments will be available. The event is free.
