EVENT: The political cable network C-SPAN will bring its interactive bus to the University of Michigan as part of its educational tour. The 45-foot bus is a mobile classroom that travels the country to engage with community members and elected officials, showcasing C-SPAN’s public affairs programming and resources.

The bus tour, which began in 1993 to help people know more about what happens in Washington, D.C., will visit several midwestern and eastern states, including Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin and New York.

This is the second visit by the bus, which traveled to Ann Arbor in 2014.

PLACE: The C-SPAN bus will be parked at Rackham Graduate School, 915 E. Washington St., Ann Arbor
