Interim President B. Joseph White will be honored at a public ceremony and reception 3:30 p.m. July 24 on the first floor of the Michigan Union. Members of the Michigan Union Board of Representatives will unveil a bronze plaque recognizing White’s service as interim president. There will be a brief program prior to the unveiling in the Union’s Anderson Room. The Presidents’ Wall was installed in 1994 as part of the 90th anniversary celebration of the Michigan Union. President James J. Duderstadt and presidents emeriti Harlan Hatcher and Robben Fleming attended the Nov. 17, 1994, unveiling ceremony.
