It’s not too early to sign up for summer fun
ANN ARBOR—It’s not too early to sign up for summer fun at the University of Michigan’s Exhibit Museum. “Explorations,” the Museum’s summer workshop program for children, ages 6-10, will run from June through August.
Through the series of educational workshops on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, children can explore prehistoric forests, blast into outer space, or find clues left behind by ancient civilizations. Each two-hour session, from 10 a.m.-noon, is taught by a museum educator and designed so that each child can take something home with him at the close of that session. The workshops are geared to the age of the children scheduled for that day.
