Lecture, exhibit by architect Peter Forbes April 11 at College of Architecture and Urban Planning
ANN ARBOR—The Guido A. and Elizabeth H. Binda Foundation of Battle Creek has established the Guido A. Binda Exhibit and Lecture Endowment Fund with a gift of $250,000 to the University of Michigan College of Architecture and Urban Planning.
The gift will allow the College to bring special exhibits and lecturers to Ann Arbor for the benefit of students, faculty and the public on an annual basis. For seven decades, Guido Binda (B. Arch ’31) maintained an architectural practice in western Michigan.

An exhibit reception will take place at noon on April 11 in the College Gallery on the second floor of the Art and Architecture Building on North Campus. The exhibit is titled “Peter Forbes & Associates: A Work in Progress.” Forbes will lecture on “Our Work and Modernism” following the reception at 12:30 p.m. in the adjacent lecture hall.
