Michigan Library Association showcases MLink
ANN ARBOR—MLink, the University of Michigan’s outreach program for sharing University information resources with communities around the state, will be highlighted in the Michigan Library Association‘s (MLA) Showcase of Library Programs at the MLA annual conference.
MLA’s criteria for recognizing exemplary programs included ” originality and innovation in response to a particular issue or concern within the library’s constituent area.”
” We’re obviously very pleased that the library community in this state recognizes the value of this program, and the work that’s gone into it,” says Richard J. Hathaway, MLink director. ” We’re also thankful for the support of the University and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
” MLink has proven to be of much value to the community, and an integral part of the University’s outreach program.”
