New Web-based guide for using libraries for research
ANN ARBOR—Librarians at the University of Michigan Undergraduate Library, in collaboration with the U-M Office of Instructional Technology, have developed a Web-based guide to the library research process. All students might find the guide helpful, although it was designed specifically for use by introductory psychology classes at U-M.
The guide can be used either by individual students as a stand-alone tutorial, or as an outline for library instruction sessions. According to Library staff, the site also is being used as a model for other Web tutorials. Send comments or questions to [email protected] or [email protected]. To view the Library guide, the URL is: http://www.lib.umich.edu/libhome/libguide
