EVENT: Paid family leave can provide workers the flexibility they need to meet the needs of their families, but how to structure and pay for family leave is a hot topic
at the state and federal levels.

Betsey Stevenson, associate professor at the University of Michigan Ford School of Public Policy and former member of the White House Council of Economic Advisers talks to Andrew Biggs, resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute as part of the Conversations Across Difference initiative.
