ANN ARBOR—Faculty promotions approved by the University of Michigan Regents at their June 15-16 meeting included:

Izak Duenyas, associate professor of operations management, with tenure, will be professor of operations management, with tenure, effective Sept. 1.

Mayuram S. Krishnan, assistant professor of computer and information systems, will be associate professor of computer and information systems, with tenure, effective Sept. 1.

Ron A. Astor, assistant professor of social work and assistant professor of education, will be associate professor of social work, with tenure, and associate professor of education, without tenure, effective Sept. 1.
