ANN ARBOR—University of Michigan Regents will begin their monthly meeting at 1:30 p.m. Thursday (April 18) in the Regents’ Room, Fleming Administration Building.

The agenda includes residence hall rates for the 2002-2003 academic year, the schematic design for the Undergraduate Science Instruction Center, an update on the U-M Health System financial performance, and other personnel and construction items.
