U-M Panel: ‘Advancing environmental sustainability in the Trump era’

EVENT: A moderated panel discussion with environment and sustainability experts from government, academia and nonprofits. The event is part of the dean’s speaker series at the University of Michigan’s School of Natural Resources and Environment.

Panelists:

  • Joe Arvai, Max McGraw Professor of Sustainable Enterprise, director of U-M’s Erb Institute for Global Sustainable Enterprise;
  • Rosina Bierbaum, professor of natural resources and environmental policy, SNRE;
  • Keith Creagh, director, Michigan Department of Natural Resources;
  • Laura Rubin, executive director, Huron River Watershed Council;
  • David Uhlmann, the Jeffrey F. Liss Professor from Practice and director of the Environmental Law and Policy Program, U-M Law School.

Moderator: Dan Brown, professor of environmental informatics and interim dean, SNRE. The event is free and open to the public. The panel discussion will be followed by audience Q&A.
