ANN ARBOR—The University of Michigan Board of Regents will hold its monthly meeting at 3 p.m. Nov. 15 in the Founders Room of the Alumni Center, 200 Fletcher St.

The meeting will open with President Mary Sue Coleman presenting a special address to the campus community.

Public comments on agenda items will be taken prior to their consideration.

Public comments on nonagenda items will be taken after the regular business agenda is finished.
