U-M to conduct Emergency Response Exercise July 9
EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT
ANN ARBOR—An emergency response exercise is scheduled to take place at Michigan Stadium on Wednesday (July 9). The exercise is not open to the public.
The exercise, which will involve several emergency response partners, is scheduled for 9 a.m. to noon. Activities primarily will be concentrated along the north side of Michigan Stadium.
A large number of emergency response vehicles, including fire trucks, ambulances, police vehicles and others, along with associated personnel will participate in the exercise.
The block of Keech Street between Main and Greene streets is scheduled to be closed during the exercise. However, no other neighborhood or traffic disruptions are anticipated.
